To celebrate the 110th anniversary of its construction, Postman Cheval’s Ideal Palace is pleased to host the exhibition The Dream of Water. Specially conceived for this unique place by artist Jean-Michel Othoniel, the exhibition will be held in the garden and, for the first time, within the palace itself. Inspired by the preparatory drawings of Postman Cheval, Jean-Michel Othoniel’s work appeals to the senses and summons the marvelous to bring Postman Cheval’s dream to life: to animate the Palace with water games, fountains, and waterfalls.
